Leukoderma

Leukoderma is a disorder of melanin pigmentation. It is a focal loss of pigment , where the pale spots (unlike vitiligo ) do not have a sharp border . It is an acquired disease - pigmented structures are destroyed after persistent skin inflammation . We observe burns, syphilis or psoriasis.
