Semitendinosus muscle

Origin: tuber ischiadicum.

Insertion: condylus medialis tibiae (pes anserinus).

Innervation: n. ischiadicus (high split: n. tibialis).

Function:

  1. knee joint – flexion, internal rotation.
  2. hip joint – extension;
