Von Graefe's sign

Looking down, the movement of the upper eyelid is delayed by the movement of the bulbus and a sclera crescent appears above the iris. This Symptom is typical for hyperthyroidism and Graves disease and indicates exophtalmic goiter. See the video below for better understanding.
