- systolic functional Heart murmurs, physiological, innocent
- characteristic: easily audible (up to 3/6), short, musical (can sound like a muffled strumming of a string or also like the hum or cry of a seagull)[1]
- listening maximum: in the middle between the apex of the heart and the left edge sternum
- it changes with position - it is better heard when lying down than when sitting, it increases with exertion and when agitated
- occurrence : Toddler, Preschooler, Schoolboy, disappears in Adolescence [1]
