Status asthmaticus
Status asthmaticus is defined as prolonged dyspnea lasting several hours or unresponsive to treatment. This is a life-threatening condition.
Glucocorticoids iv, β 2 -sympathomimetics, oxygen therapy , hydration are used in the treatment .
