Phosphodiesterase III

The role of phosphodiesterase in the breakdown of cAMP and cGMP, PK-A − protein kinase A, PK-G − protein kinase G

It is an enzyme that is mainly localized in the myocardium and smooth muscles. Its function is the breakdown of cAMP.
