Musculus zygomaticus major

Beginning: os zygomaticum, lateral to the m. zygomaticus minor.

Attachment: corner of the mouth – modiolus anguli oris.

Innervation: n. facialis.

Function: raises the corner of the mouth cranially + laterally.
