Exocytosis (dermatopathology)

Exocytosis is a dermatopathological descriptive term referring to the presence of leukocytes in the epidermis, usually lymphocytes. By definition, it is a benign infiltration; infiltration of the epidermis by lymphoma is reffered to as epidermotropism lymphoma.
