Vitkov phenomenon

Vítkov's phenomenon is positive if, when scratching the belly of the big toe with a pin, there is dorsal extension of the big toe. This is usually the case with pyramidal tract disorders. However, tiny twitches of the thumb can be a sign of planta irrita .[1]
