Unified allergic airway syndrome

From WikiLectures

The presence of allergic rhinosinusitis in coincidence with asthma is referred to as a single allergic airway syndrome. Inadequate control of allergic inflammation can lead to problems in another part of the airways.

Pharmacotherapies of both are intranasal corticosteroids, inhaled corticosteroids (ICS), antihistamines, specific allergic immunotherapy (SAIT).
