Sexual coercion

From WikiLectures

Sexual coercion (§186 Tr.z.) is a newly conceived fact, which the legislator describes somewhat complicatedly. It is committed by the one who „forces another by violence, threat of violence, or threat of serious harm to sexual self-reproach, exposure or other comparable behavior...“

„An offender who induces another to sexual intercourse, to sexual self-reproach, to exposure or other comparable behavior by abusing his dependence, his defenselessness, or his position and the resulting trustworthiness or influence will be punished in the same way....“.

The penalty here is basically 6 months to 4 years of imprisonment. This increases to 1 year to 5 years if the child is younger than 18 years („child“ within the meaning of the law).
