Methylprednisone

Pharmaceuticals - glucocorticoid. More commonly used is its hydrogenated derivative, Template:HVLP (e.g. Medrol®, Metypred®, Solu-Medrol®, external series for use in dermatology).
Effect: anti-inflammatory, immunosuppressive, anti-allergic, anti-edematous, anti-proliferative, anti-fibroplastic.
