Description

I created this image with inkscape based on the GFDL version at en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Brachial_plexus. gif by Juliustang.

Please note that "subclacius" should read "subclavius", and that "suprascaular" should read "suprascapular". Also, the suprascapular nerve is a branch of the superior trunk, and does not come directly off of C5.
