They Can be defined as brittle materials that are formed from mixing powders and liquid.

Groups[edit | edit source]

Dental cements can be divided into 3 different groups namely

  1. Organic Cements
  2. Inorganic Cements
  3. Mixed Cements

Classes[edit | edit source]

they can be divided into many groups but the most commonly known ones include:

  1. Restoration Cements
  2. Luting Agents
  3. Bases and Liners
