Cytocenter

The cytocenter is a small region of cytoplasm adjacent to the nucleus. It contains centrioles, or the organizing center of microtubules, and the Golgi apparatus . On histological preparations, it is visible as such a lighter field, technically an area of ​​perinuclear clarification, usually at the part of the nucleus that is flattened or indented.
