Cyclophosphamide

Cyclophosphamide' Template:HVLP is the main representative of oxazaphosphorine cytostatics. It is a carrier of alkylating radicals, which become active only after being metabolized in the body. It has a broad-spectrum and immunosuppressive effect. It is used orally and intravenously. Its metabolite is acrolein. It irritates the urinary tract and can cause hematuria with long-term use.
