Production and other handling of child pornography (§192 Tr.z.):
This section only makes possession of child pornography a crime: „Anyone who keeps a photographic, film, computer, electronic or other pornographic work that depicts or otherwise uses a child will be punished by imprisonment for up to 2 years“.
It is also criminal Exploiting a child to produce pornography (§193 Tr.z.) with a penalty rate of up to 5 years imprisonment.
