Deutsch: Aggregation von Thrombocyten (=Blutplättchen). Plättchenreiches menschliches Blutplasma (linkes Röhrchen) ist eine trübe Flüssigkeit. Durch Zugabe von ADP werden die Plätchen aktiviert, so dass sie sich zusammenballen und weiße Flocken bilden (rechtes Röhrchen). Am Boden beider Gefäße liegt ein magnetischer Rührstab.
