Español: Micrografía óptica de cartílago hialino de tráquea teñido con hematoxilina y eosina. Magnifiación: 400X. La matriz cartilaginosa aparece teñida en lila. Inmersa en ella están los condricitos, retraídos por la tinción, lo que deja al descubierto los condroplastos. Pueden verse varios grupos isógenos. En la parte superior, en color rosáceo se encuentra el pericondrio, claramente diferenciado de la matriz, en el que están insertos los condroclastos, precursores de los condrocitos. Los condroclastos no presentan condroplastos. |
