Español: Paciente femenina en la séptima década de la vida, proveniente de zona rural de Boyacá (Colombia), con antecedente de dislipidemia mixta en manejo con estatina con regular control de su hiperlipidemia. Asiste a consulta externa de medicina general para control.
Al examen físico de los ojos, se encuentra de forma bilateral un halo blanquecino en la periferia de la córnea, rodeándola de forma completa, con un espacio libre del halo entre este y el limbo esclerocorneal, correspondiendo a un arco senil.

In the examination of her eyes, she has a bilateral white ring in corneal periphery, surrounding completely it, with a free space bettwen the withe line and sclerocorneal limbus, an arcus senilis. |
