Summary

Description	ADRENAL GLAND: ADENOCARCINOMA METASTATIC TO ADRENAL GLAND Poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma metastatic to adrenal gland in a 58-year-old man with bronchogenic carcinoma. Opposite gland was less extensively involved. Tumor is grey to cream colored, with few areas of confluent necrosis.
