Summary

Description
English: Time-lapse microscopy video showing apoptosis of etoposide treated DU145 prostate cancer cells. The optical thickness is color coded. With increasing thickness, color changes from gray to yellow, red, purple and finally black. The quantitative phase contrast video was created under 61 hours using the HoloMonitor M3 from Phase Holographic Imaging AB.
