Sarcoidosis - Bilateral hilar lymphadenoathy Bilateral hilar lymphadenopathy, with or without lung parenchymal lesions, is a frequent radiological finding in sarcoidosis. In this image the hilar lymph nodes are markedly enlarged bilaterally and there is no macroscopic evidence of lung lesions. This appearance corresponds to radiographic Stage 1 sarcoidosis. |
