Quadrangular space

Foramen humerotricipitale

The quadrangular space (lat. foramen humerotricipitale) is bounded by the teres minor above, the teres major below, the long head of the triceps brachii medially, and the surgical neck of the humerus laterally.

Contains the posterior humeral circumflex artery (which arises from the axillary artery) and vein with the axillary nerve.
