The carpal tunnel is the space between the flexor retinaculum and the carpal bones contents:

• The median nerve
• The tendons of the flexor digitorum spf.
• The tendons of the flexor digitorum prof.
• The tendon of the flexor pollicis longus
• The tendon of the flexor carpi radialis
